ANDRÉ ARBUS (1903-1969)

A rare low commode entirely covered with parchment, three wide central drawers with three smaller drawers on each side.

Lacquered protruring curved base and four short curved legs, ivory round pulls and keyholes.

Circa 1935-1937.

(Two parchment pieces replaced and one restoration of lacquer on the left leg).

Height. 26 1/8 in. – Length. 60 1/4 in. – Depth. 18 in.
